摘要
合成了乙酰丙酮异烟酰腙(Hacac) ,乙酰乙酰二茂铁异烟酰腙(Hacfc) 以及它们与Ln( Ⅲ)的配合物Ln(acac)3 和Ln(acfc)3(Ln = La,Sm) 等化合物.用分光光度法和气相色谱法测定了它们对生物自由基(O- ·2 ) 和(OH·) 的抑制率.实验数据表明:Ln(acac)3 和Ln(acfc)3 对生物自由基的清除作用均高于其相应配体Hacac 和Hacfc,乙酰乙酰二茂铁异烟酰腙(Hacac) 和其配合物Ln(acfc)3高于Hacac 和Ln(acac)3 ,LnCl3 无抗氧化作用.这不仅说明配合物对生物自由基的清除表现出协同作用,而且还表明含有二茂铁基的配体Hacfc 和配合物Ln(acfc)3 对上述两种自由基均有更强的清除作用.
The inhibition ratio of biological free radicals(O -· 2 and OH ·) by acetylacetone isonicotinylhydrazone(Hacac), acetoacetylferrocene isonicotinylhydrazone(Hacfc), LnCl 3 and their complexes Ln(acac) 3 and Ln(acfc) 3 was determined. Data of antioxidative test with spectrophotometric and gas chromatographic methods have shown that inhibition ratio of Ln(acac) 3 and Ln(acfc) 3 is higher than that of corresponding ligand Hacac and Hacfc, the antioxidative action of acetoacetylferrocene isonicotinylhydrazone Hacfc and Ln(acfc) 3 is higher than that of Hacac and Ln(acac) 3 has no antioxidative action. It will be seen from this that not only the combination of ligand and Ln(Ⅲ) produces synergistic action, but the ligand(Hacfc) and the complexes [Ln(acfc) 3] containing ferrocenyl group have very apparent elimination actions to the two free radicals mentioned above.
