心血管疾病是危害人类健康的主要因素，其中动脉粥状硬化又是致死和致残的主要因子．它可以发生在多种动脉中并导致许多疾病，导致动脉粥状硬化的因素有几种，在此仅介绍血管内皮细胞损伤．
