日粮中精氨酸水平对肉鸡腿肌中粗脂肪含量的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮中精氨酸水平对肉鸡腿肌肌肉中脂肪含量的影响。试验选用1日龄罗斯肉鸡160只,按体重相近原则随机分成4个处理组,每组8个重复,每个重复5只。在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中分别添加0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%的精氨酸,进行为期42d的生长试验,然后屠宰取右侧腿肌进行试验。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中精氨酸添加水平对肉鸡腿肌中(鲜样基础)脂肪含量影响符合线性变化趋势(P<0.01);但是随着日粮中精氨酸添加量的增加,在0.3%到0.6%时呈下降趋势,而在0.6%到0.9时又呈上升趋势;日粮中精氨酸添加水平为0.6%时,腿肌中脂肪含量最低。
