摘要
在对大量涉及氯气氯化工艺的化工企业实际调查研究的基础上,结合众多化工安全专家的实践经验,提出液氯钢瓶称重装置、液氯气化装置、氯气缓冲装置、氯化反应装置和事故氯气吸收处理装置安全控制方案。液氯钢瓶称重装置对液氯钢瓶进行称重并设自动报警。液氯气化装置采用盘管式气化器,在蒸汽输入端设自动调节阀门,热水侧设温度显示报警装置等进行联锁控制。氯气缓冲装置通过设置超压报警、安全阀等进行联锁控制。氯化反应装置设置自动控制阀、流量控制器、超压报警、超温报警、电流报警等进行联锁控制。事故氯气吸收处理装置通过超温报警等进行自动控制。
On the basis of practical investigation and study on large numbers of chemical enterprises involved in chloride chlorination process and combining with a lot of chemical safety experts' practical experiences, safety control schoemes on devices of liquid chlorine eylindor weighing, liquid chlorine gasification, chlorine buffering, chlorination action and accident chlorine absorption are proposed acconting to its dangesmsness. The liquid chlorine cylinder is weighed and auto alarmed by the liquid chlatine cytinder weighing device. Liquid chlorine gasification device uses a call valxaizer and setting an auto control valve at the stesm input side and a tempersture display alam make interlocking control. An ovor-pressure Mann and safety valve are adopted in the chlorine buffering. The automatic control valve, flow controller, over- pressure alarm, over- temperature alarm and over-current alarm are set for interlocking control in the chlorination reaction device. The over- temperature alarm is set for imerlocking control in the accident chlorine absorption device.
