摘要
本文总结了过去天象仪上所用各种分划板的加工工艺的主要缺点,提出了新的加工方法。并对加工设备进行了改进,除采用微机控制外,对模板的定位装置、制板镜头的选择、光源滤色片及感光胶的应用等均作了介绍。并对精度进行了分析。
Main disadvantages of the technology of making various graticules used for pla-netarium are summarized. A new method is given. The process equipment is imoro-ved. In addition, it is controlled by microcomputer. The locating device of templa-te, the selection of copy lens, the application of source filter and sensitive glueare presented. Finally, the precision is analyzed.
