摘要
通过对自然环境与原产地域产品的相关性研究进行分析,建立原产地域自然环境评价体系,将原产地域自然环境适宜度引入到综合评价中,提出结合层次分析法、特尔菲专家咨询法等对原产地自然环境影响因子进行量化分级和确定权重,建立原产地域自然环境适宜性评价模型从而完成综合评价。
In this paper, an evaluation system of particular geographical environment is discussed by analyzing the correlation of the products of designations of origin or geographical indications and the specific physical environment. In order to evaluate the environment comprehensively, the environment suitability degree is introduced in the comprehensive assessment. The Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method are suggested for quantitative classification of evaluation factors and weight deciding. And finally a model is built for the assessment.
