基于PLC的串级调速系统在全速状态下的故障处理

摘要 本串级调速系统在工业控制领域里占据着重要的位置,特别是在异步电机调速领域。传统的控制系统采用单片机作为控制元件,但是由于单片机自身的易损坏性和抗干扰能力差的特性,使其在工作环境恶劣时容易使控制系统不稳定甚至遭到破坏。PLC由于其抗干扰能力强和易于编程等特性,在电机调速领域迅速得到了广泛应用,本文将重点论述PLC控制系统在电机全速状态下发生故障时所采取的相关操作以显示PLC控制系统的优质特性。 Cascade speed control system in the industrial control area occupies an important position,especially in the field of asynchronous motor speed regulation.Traditional control system adopts single chip as control device.But single chip is easy to damage and anti-jamming capability is poor.So it is easy to make control system unstable and even damaged.PLC has strong anti-jamming ability and easy programming,so it has been widely applied quickly in the speed field of motor.This article will mainly discuss the PLC control system adopted correlative operations when the motor break down under the condition of full speed.The purpose of this article is to show the quality characteristics of PLC control system.
