摘要
目的:观察使用穴位敷贴结合微波辅助治疗新生儿肺炎临床疗效。方法:对40例新生儿肺炎随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用在常规抗感染、雾化化痰、拍背、吸痰、氧疗等基础上加用中药穴位贴结合微波治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。结果:采用中药穴位贴结合微波辅助治疗新生儿肺炎的治疗组治愈、好转率较常规治疗有显著提高,两组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴结合微波辅助治疗新生儿肺炎效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of spot paste combined microwave for assistant treatment of neanatal neumonia. Methods：40 cases of neonatal neumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the base of routing antibiotics, eliminating sputum and oxygen inhale,the spot paste combined microwave was carried out in the treatment group. The control group was carried out the routing treatment. Results：The cure rate and effective rate were remarkably improved in treatment group. The significant difference was found between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Spot paste combined microwave for assistant treatment of neonatal neumonia is effective and worthy of spread.
