摘要
目的：探讨临床综合性治疗多发性尖锐湿疣来预防亚临床感染。方法：Ⅰ组术后局部用１∶５０００ 高锰酸钾坐浴；Ⅱ组术后内服宁必泰胶囊、局部用洁身纯１∶３０ 坐浴；Ⅲ组先行内服、外洗并采用大剂量抗 菌素对症处理并发症后再行激光术。结果：Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组１ 次性治愈率分别为：６７％ 、８３％ 、１００％ （Ｘ２＝ １７．９１，Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。近期随访３ 个月，Ⅲ组无一例复发，而且创面愈合时间缩短１－ ２ 周。
Objective:To prevent the relapse of multiple condyloma acuminatum after CO 2 laser operation.Method:Group I was treated with 0.02% potassium permanganate by taking a hip bath after CO 2 laser operation.Group Ⅱ took capsule Ningmitai and a hip bath with 30% Jie-shne-chun after CO 2 laser operation.Group Ⅲ was treated with antibiotics to control the inflammation before CO 2 laser operation.Results:The curability of group Ⅰ、group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was 67%、83% and 100% respectively (X 2=17.91,P<0.01).After three months following up,in group Ⅲ,no case was relapse and the wound-healing time was 1-2 weeks ahead of the control group.
