摘要
用柠檬酸对焙烧前后的UZM-5分子筛进行处理,并与盐酸处理的UZM-5分子筛样品进行比较。通过XRD、ICP、NH_3-TPD、Py-IR及^(27)Al NMR固体核磁表征方法,研究酸处理对UZM-5分子筛的结构及表面酸性的影响。结果表明,酸处理没有破坏UZM-5分子筛的结构,用柠檬酸对焙烧后的样品进行处理后,样品的B酸增加,L酸减少,表面总酸量基本不变;盐酸处理后,样品的B酸、L酸及表面总酸量均明显减少。
As-synthesised and calcined UZM-5 zeolite were treated with citric acid and hydrochloric acid under different conditions. The samples were characterized by XRD, ICP, NH3-TPD, Py-IR and 27A1 NMR. The results showed that the structure of UZM-5 were kept after acid treatment. Brtinsted acid sites of the samples increased and Lewis acid sites decreased after citric acid treatment and the total surface acid sites remained constant. Brfinsted acid sites, Lewis acid sites and the total surface acid sites of the samples decreased after treatment with hydrochloric acid.
