摘要
产品质量关系到人们生命财产安全、产品出口、经济发展、国家形象,目前我国的产品质量状况远不能适应形势发展和市场变化的需要,究其主要原因是由于我国的产品质量责任太轻、范围太窄、内容不明确。完善产品质量责任应从扩大产品质量责任主体的范围、规定惩罚性赔偿条款和召回制度、设置问责机制等方面入手。
Quality of products is related to the safety of people＇s lives and property,exports,economic development and national image.The current situation of China＇s product quality can not adapt to the change of circumstances and market.The main reason is due to the light liability,the narrow applied scope and the unclear content.We should improve the products quality liability by expanding the scope of the obligation subject,prescribing punitive damages and recall system,setting up accountability system.
