摘要
对平辊冷轧过程6 ~36 单元用体积可压缩法刚塑性有限元进行数值模拟, 研究了松弛因子发生的区间和对收敛性的影响。发现松弛因子在0 .5 ~0 .59 之间连续变化时程序收敛, 占取值区间的10 % 。在收敛判据处理上, 电算表明如果泛函的一阶导数逐渐变小,迭代的速度增量逐渐变小至0 , 或者速度变化和能耗率泛函变化逐渐变小, 则迭代收敛。
The volume compressible rigid plasticity finite element method(RPFEM) has been used to numerically simulate the flat roll cold rolling process for 6~36 elements. Attention is given to the range of relaxation factor at convergence and its effect on convergency. It is found that the relaxation factor lying between 0.5 and 0.59 and continuous change can assure the convergence of the program,accounting for 10% of the whole range of relaxation factor. It is shown that in convergence criterion treatment, if one rank derivative of functional becomes small gradually and the velocity increment decreases gradually, or if change of speed and functional decreases gradually, the program will converge.
