摘要
对结构相似的有机酸如:乳酸,丙氨酸,丙酮酸,草酸在Ru(bipy)2+3 /Ru(phen)2+3 -有机酸(HA)-CeⅣ(bipy= 2,2'-联吡啶, phen= 1,10-邻菲咯啉)体系中的化学发光反应动力学进行了比较研究.CeⅣ氧化Ru(bipy)2+3 /Ru(phen)2+3 的发光强度在上述各种有机酸存在下被增强. 实验表明,在相同浓度下Ru(phen)2+3 的发光强度高于Ru(bipy)2+3 的发光强度. 几种有机酸对发光强度的增强效果为:乳酸< 丙氨酸< 丙酮酸< 草酸. 在不同有机酸存在下,该化学发光反应的活化能可降低7~14 kcal·m ol- 1.
A comparative kinetic study of chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of structurally related organic acids (HA) viz. lactic, alanine, pyruvic and oxalic acid in the system Ru(bipy) 2+ 3(bipy=2,2'\|bipyridine)/Ru(phen) 2+ 3(phen=1,10\|phenanthroline)\|HA\|Ce Ⅳ is carried out. The emission intensity of the oxidation of Ru(bipy) 2+ 3/Ru(phen) 2+ 3 by Ce Ⅳ is enhanced in the presence of each of these organic acids. It is observed that the emission intensity of Ru(phen) 2+ 3 is higher than that of Ru(bipy) 2+ 3 with same concentration and the enhance effect increases in the order lactic<alanine<pyruvic<oxalic acid. The activation energy of these reactions can be reduced 30~58 kJ·mol -1 in the presence of different organic acids.
