摘要
目的:寻求绝经期及绝经后IUD取出困难更有效、简易、快捷的方法。方法:将71例围绝经期及绝经后IUD取出困难者随机分为甲、乙两组,甲组37例单用米索前列醇口服,乙组34例用米非司酮加米索前列醇口服,比较两组用药后的疗效、药物副反应及用药时间。结果:用药后甲、乙两组均经常规取器操作成功,取器成功率均为100%,疗效相同。甲组单次服药当天取器,出现药物副反应3例(3/37),发生率8.1%,乙组服药4天后取器,出现药物副反应9例(9/34),发生率26.5%,两组比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:对于绝经期及绝经后IUD取出困难者单用米索前列醇其疗效与米非司酮加米索前列醇相同,单用者药物副反应低,用药方式简便易行,明显缩短用药时间。
Goal：After seeking the menopause and the menopause,IUD takes out the difficulty to be more effective,simple,the quick method.Method：Encircles the menopause and the menopause,after 71 examples IUD takes out the difficulty to divide into the armor,the second grade two groups stochastically,starting team 37 example Shan Yongmi the rope front row mellow oral administration,the second division 34 examples the alkone adds the rice rope front row mellow oral administration with Mi Feisi,after two group of medication curative effects,medicine side reaction and medication time.Finally：After the medication,the armor,the second grade two groups pass through the convention to take operate successfully,takes the success ratio is 100%,the curative effect is the same.The starting team single takes medicine takes at the same day,presents the medicine side reaction 3 examples（3/37）,the formation rate 8.1%,the second division takes medicine for 4 days later takes,presents the medicine side reaction 9 examples（9/34）,the formation rate 26.5%,two group of comparison differences have the significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：After menopause and menopause IUD takes out difficulty Shan Yongmi the rope front row mellow its curative effect and Mi Feisi the alkone adds the rice rope front row mellowly same,the single customer medicine side reaction is low,the medication way is easy to do,reduces the medication time obviously.
