摘要
为了适应市场竞争的全球化，必须研究企业新的生产模式．网络联盟企业的提出就是一种对传统企业如何适应全球化竞争的研究和尝试．在阐述了组建网络联盟企业中合作伙伴选择的方法和影响因素后，着重探讨了网络联盟企业中合作伙伴选择的模型和算法．
For adapting globalization competition, the new production model must be researched. The network alliance enterprise is a kind of test and research on how to adapting globalization competition for traditional enterprises. In this paper, the method and influencing factors for the selection of cooperated partners in building network alliance enterprise (NAE) is introduced. Lastly the model and algorithm of selection of cooperated partners in the NAE with the analytic hierarchy process is discussed.
