摘要
目前,在短跑训练中,对一般素质抓得较紧,而对运动员在快速奔跑过程中的协调放松能力研究不多,其重要性认识不足,重视程度也不够,往往缺乏具体的措施与手段.笔者就这种状况,根据多年的教学训练实践,结合人体的解剖生理生化特点,加强培养短跑运动员的放松能力,并制订出相应的、切实有效的措施与手段,使短跑运动员以放松协调的动作去掌握正确的技术,达到创造优异成绩的目的.
In today's dash trainings, we pay more attention to the sportsman's comprehensive qualities. While, there exits less reaserch on the relaxation and harmonious abilities during the fast dash. We neglect their importance and lack of concrete meassures and means. With the rich experience in years' personal teaching and coaching, associating the qualites of anatomy and physiology, the author emphasizes the development of the ability of relaxation. In dash and draw up appropriate, practical and effective destination that sportsmen achieve proper technique through relaxationable and harmonious actions and attain excellent results.
