摘要
目的探讨退变性腰椎管狭窄(LSS)手术治疗方式及效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年1月山东省淄博万杰肿瘤医院收治的LSS患者60例。根患者的症状、体征及影像学表现等特点,选择椎管扩大椎板关闭成形手术或全椎板切除减压椎弓根螺钉内固定植骨融合术,术后随访,评价手术效果。结果所有患者症状体征均得到改善,疗效评定结果为:优29例,良24例,优良率88.33%。结论手术治疗LSS安全、有效,基本能达到治疗目的。
Objective To discuss degeneratie Lumbar spinal stenosis（Lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS）surgery way and the effect.Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2008-January 2011 LSS patients from 60 cases were.The root of patients with symptoms,physical signs and imaging findings wait for a characteristic,choose intradiscal expand lamina closed forming surgery or omni-posterior decompression pedicle screws removed internal fixation and interbody fusion,evaluation,follow-up operation effect.Results All patients signs and symptoms are improved,curative effect evaluation of the results：optimal 29 cases＂good 88.33%dykes 24 cases.Conclusions Surgical treatment is safe,effective and basic LSS to achieve therapeutic purposes.
