摘要
陈述黄河下游２０ 余年来频繁断流的事实，分析了黄河断流的原因及其已产生的危害，提出防治对策。讨论黄河开发利用的几种认识误区，研究了黄河流域的地质地貌格局与黄河流域生态环境及下游河道在华北平原大变迁的关系。最后提出立足于全流域开展黄河问题研究和可持续开发利用黄河的大系统观及具体工作建议。
On the basis of a review of the cutoff history of downstream Yellow River in the last two decades,the causes and damages of the cutoff are analyzed ,and control measures suggested.Several misleading opinions on Yellow River development are discussed.Study in the area includes geomorphology and ecology of the catchment and the relationship between the river channel and changes in the North China Plain.The author proposed that the study of Yellow River be carried out at a catchment system level and compatible with sustainable development.Details of working plan are proposed.
