摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、访问调查、数理统计等研究方法,对新乡市高校女教师体育锻炼行为特征进行了调查与研究。结果表明,影响新乡市高校女教师参加体育锻炼的因素是多方面的。其中体育态度、余暇时间、学校体育教育、大众传播媒介、体育硬件和体育管理是主要因素。
The methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, investigation and statistics the female were applied to study college teachers mXinxiang city of their physical exercise behavior characteristics. Results show that various factors affect the teachers＇ physical exercises behavior,the foremost amog which are sports attitude,leisure time,school sports education,the mass media,sports hardware and sports management.
