摘要
总结了经尿道前列腺气化电切除术(TUVP)的并发症及其护理方法,包括:电切综合征、出血、膀胱痉挛、暂时性尿失禁、尿道狭窄、泌尿道感染等。认为加强TUVP术后并发症的预防及护理对促进前列腺增生症(BPH)患者早日康复有重要意义。
The complications and their nursing of transurethral vaporization of the prostate（TUVP） were summarized,including：transurethral resection syndrome（TURS）、postoperative hemorrhage、cystospasm、temporary incontinence、urethrostenosis、urinary tract infections and so on. Believed that strengthened prevention and nursing of post-operation complications in TUVP are important to the early recovery of prostate hyperplasia （BPH） patients.
