摘要
目的观察超声雾化吸入痰热清注射液治疗病毒性肺炎的疗效。方法 120例患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用利巴韦林注射液0.6 g+庆大注射液80 000U+蒸馏水20 mL超声雾化吸入,每日2次;治疗组应用痰热清注射液20 mL+蒸馏水20 mL超声雾化吸入,每日2次。治疗7 d后,统计疗效并比较两组患者症状、体征改善时间。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者的症状、体征改善时间比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液超声雾化吸入治疗老年病毒性肺炎疗效确切,无明显不良反应,且具有操作简便、患者容易接受的优点。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the ultrasound atomization inhalation of Tanreqing injection to treat viral pneumonia.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group adopted ribavirin injection 0.6 g ＋ Qingda injection 8 million units ＋ distilled water 20 mL via ultrasonic atomization inhalation,2 times a day;the treatment group adopted Tanreqing injection 20 mL ＋ distilled water 20 mL via ultrasonic atomization inhalation,2 times a day.After 7 d ays treatment,the symptoms and improvement time of two groups were statistical compared.Results There was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）in the curative effect of the two groups,the symptoms and improvement time of the treatment group were significantly reduced than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tanreqing injection ultrasound atomization inhalation as treatment for elderly viral pneumonia has definite effect,no obvious adverse reaction,and is easy to operate,and patient-friendly.
