摘要
根据循环流化床锅炉循环回路各段的运行特点和流体动力特性,结合循环回路压力平衡特性,建立了适用于宽筛分床料粒径分布的循环回路的整体过程动态模型。结合数值计算方法,对所建立的循环流化床锅炉燃烧循环回路的整体过程动态模型进行了求解,获得了当锅炉给料量、风量等控制因素变化时,循化流化床锅炉一些主要参数随时间的动态变化过程。计算结果表明。
Based on the operation and hydrodynamics characteristic of every parts of circulating loop and the pressure balance property, a overall process dynamic mathematical model of circulating loop for circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB), which is suitable to wide sizing bed material, is established in this paper. Combining numerical computing method, the overall process dynamic mathematical model of circulating loop is solved. The dynamic variation process of some main parameters of CFBB with time are obtained when some control factors,such as feed coal and primary air rate, are changed sharply. The numerical computational results show that the dynamic characteristics are reasonably reflected in this model.
