串并联谐振DC-AC变换器原理分析、建模及仿真 被引量:13

PRINCIPLE, ANALYSIS, MODELING, AND SIMULATION OF A THREE PHASE DC AC SERIES PARALLEL RESONANT CONVERTER

摘要 针对串联谐振和并联谐振直流环节变换器存在的谐振峰值电压过高,谐振峰值电流过大的缺点,提出了串并联谐振直流环节变换器拓朴概念。新型软开关变换器的主要优点为:谐振峰值电压可以控制在输入直流电源电压Us,谐振频率高,谐振电路开关元件少,控制简单,且各种PWM 调制策略均可适用。文中分析了该变换器的工作原理,建立了系统的数学模型,进行了多种工作条件下的计算机仿真与实验研究。 In order to overcome the disadvantages of high peak voltage and high peak current stresses on the switching devices of the resonant DC link inverter and parallel resonant DC link inverter, a three phase DC AC series parallel resonant converter with zero voltage soft switching conversion concept is proposed. A detailed analysis of its operating principle is presented. The mathematical model of the proposed converter is derived. The computer simulation of the converter under various working conditions is given. The simulation and experimental results show that operating principle of the converter system is correct. Compared with the series resonant DC link inverter (RDCLI) and the parallel resonant DC link inverter (PRDCLI), the proposed novel DC AC series parallel resonant conversion topology has many advantages, which enables controlled oscillating peak voltage, simplified control circuit, fewer switching devices needed by the resonant circuit and various PWM regulating strategy available.
