摘要
采用模板法合成了一种新型的CdS/DNA纳米复合材料。由于DNA的磷酸骨架带负电,硫化镉过饱和溶液中Cd2+和S2-在DNA模板表面进行交替吸附,从而得到具有一定形貌的CdS/DNA纳米复合材料。该纳米复合材料具有良好的荧光特性和水溶性,在330 nm处发射较强的荧光。利用Hg2+对复合材料荧光猝灭的特性建立了灵敏检测废水样品中Hg2+的方法。
A new type of CdS/DNA nanocomposite was synthesized using DNA as a template. Cd^2+ and S^2- were absorbed alternately onto the negtively charged DNA backbone via electrostatic interaction. As a result, water -soluble and stable CdS wrapped DNA nanocomposites were obtained. The as - prepared CdS/DNA nanocomposite emitd fluorescence at 330 nm. However, in the presence of Hg^2+ , the fluorescence of the nanocomposite can be largely quenced. Thus, a highly sensitive and selective Hg^2+ fluorescent sensor was developed. The feasibility of the method for the analysis of a waste water was demonstrated.
