摘要
城镇与乡村作为一种非均质的地域经济空间,是人类赖以生存、活动和发展的地域实体。通过对西安市1985～2007年城乡二元经济结构系数进行定量分析,得出西安市城乡二元经济结构依然明显,城乡分治政策使得原本属于工业化发展进程中的一个阶段性特征深化为制度性安排而长期存在的结论。建议通过有针对性的政策措施破解城乡二元经济结构,不断提高西安市城乡一体化可持续发展水平。
Urban and rural areas are the regional entities of human life, activities and development as non-homogeneous economic space. We have come to the conclusion that urban and rural dual economic structure of Xi＇an is still obvious by quantitative analysis to Xi＇an 1985-2007 year urban and rural dual economic structure indexes. That is because the urban and rural areas respectively governance polices make a stage characteristics of industrialization process into a long-term institutional arrangements. We should improve the rural-urban integration sustainable development level of Xi＇an through adopting targeted policies and measures.
