摘要
我国是世界第一人口大国,老年人口无论其绝对数字,还是其每年递增的增长率均属世界之最。这就意味着在今后相当长的一个时期,老年人作为一个特殊的社会群体,一个相对弱势且正在迅速壮大的群体,在社会生活中的位置会越来越突出。该文从国内外老年公寓的现状和发展状况入手,结合实地调研,分析老年人的生理和心理特点,分别阐述了老年公寓的居室、卫生间和阳台内地面、墙面、门窗等设计要点,提出了老年公寓内部居住环境的功能要求和设计原则及设备设施的选择。
China holds the largest population in the world,besides,both the population number of elderly and its annual growth rate are belong to the world most.It means that old people which is a special social group with features like,relatively weak and rapidly growing,will play an more and more important role in the future social life.According to the domestic and oversea current situation and the development of apartment of the aged,this paper mainly elaborates the design methods of the living environment.In the same time,from the analysis of field investigation,combined with the old people＇s physiological and psychological characteristics,the authors illustrate the design main points of the ground,metope,doors and windows in the bedroom,washroom and balcony.The most important part is that the authors also put forward the function requirement of the internal living environment,the design principle as well as the choices of the equipment and facilities.
