日光灯光响应混晶纳米TiO_2的制备及光催化性能 被引量:1

Preparation of Mixed-Crystal TiO_2 Nanoparticles and Its Photocatalytic Performance under Fluorescent Lamp

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了Ce、Fe和Co共掺杂的混晶纳米TiO2粉末并进行了XRD表征。以普通日光灯为光源,考察了掺杂量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间、催化剂加入量对其光催化降解亚甲基蓝性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂样品中金红石相的含量大幅提高,光催化活性也优于纯TiO2。其中,组成为Ce0.0625Fe0.025Co0.002/TiO2的样品在500℃焙烧2h效果最佳。该催化剂加入量为0.4 g/L时,亚甲基蓝2h的降解率可达95.6%。 Ce, Fe and Co co-doped mixed-crystal TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via sol-gel process and characterized by XRD. Their decolorization performance of methylene blue under fluorescent lamp was investigated. Influence of doping amount, roasting temperature, roasting time and catalyst concentration on their photocatalytic performance were studied. The results indicated that Ce, Fe and Co co-doped TiO2 had more rutile phase than pure TiO2 and exhibited higher photocatalytic activity. Ce0.0625Fe0.025Co0.032/TiO2 roasted at 500℃ for 2h showed the highest photocatalytic efficiency. When the catalyst concentration was 0.4g/L the degradation rate of methylene blue for 2h could reach 95.6%.
