摘要 介绍了聚合中途注低温水工艺在105 m3聚合釜PVC生产中的应用情况。运行情况表明:中途注低温水工艺对PVC产品质量没有影响,SG5型PVC树脂聚合反应时间可缩短近50 min,提高了聚合釜的生产能力。 The application situations of process of adding low-temperature water during poly- merization for production of PVC in 105 m^3 polymcrizers were introduced. The reults showcd that the process of adding low-temperature water during polymerization had no influences on qualities of PVC products, the polymerization time for PVC-SG5 resin could be shortened by 50 minutes, and thus the production capacity of polyrnerizers were increased.
