正交试验优选贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的提取方法及因素 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的提取方法及相关影响因素进行探讨。方法:以金丝桃素含量为指标,分别考察冷浸法、超声波提取法、回流提取法对提取率的影响,以及液料比、超声时间对提取率的影响,并对提取方法(A)、液料比(B)和提取时间(C)3因素设计正交试验。结果:影响金丝桃素提取率的主次因素为A>B>C,即提取方法>液料比>提取时间,最佳提取工艺为A2B2C3。结论:使用超声法,在液料比为10∶1时,提取50 min,是一种较好的贯叶连翘中提取金丝桃素的方法。 The method and influencing factors affecting the extracting hypcricin in Hypericum perfortg'tum L were studied systematically. Taking the hypericin content as index, the effect of extraction method including cold-maceration extraction, ul- trasonic extraction, reflux extraction and ratio of solvent to material, ultrasonic time on extraction rate were investigated. Or- thogonal test was designed by extraction method(A), ratio of liquid to material(B), extraction time (C). The results showed that the factors affecting extraction rate of polysaccharide is in the order of A,B,C, that is extraction method 〉 ratio of liq- uid to material 〉extraction time. The optimal extraction process is A2B2C3. That is, uhrasonic extraction is employed, ratio of liquid to material is 10 and time is 50 rain.
