摘要
对1700mm铝板冷轧机电气控制系统,采用意大利EAA技术进行了改造。对该冷轧机最大力矩张力控制基本原理、动态张力直接补偿及2段张力控制平滑切换方式进行了系统的理论分析,并给出了有效的实现方法。
The electric control system of 1 700 mm aluminum strip cold mill in NELAC was reformed by Italian EAA technology.This paper presents the system theoretical analysis and the effective application method for basic principle of maximum torque tension control,direct compensation for dynamic tension,and effective smooth switching method between the two section of tension.
