摘要
采用水溶液聚合方法,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,以腐植酸钠、丙烯酰胺为原料进行接枝共聚反应。考察了引发剂用量、物料比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对合成腐植酸钠-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物的影响。确定最佳聚合工艺条件为:反应温度70℃、反应时间6 h、引发剂用量2.5%、丙烯酰胺与腐植酸钠质量比(g∶g)50∶1。通过红外光谱对共聚物的结构进行了表征。
Graft copolymerization of sodium humate onto acrylamide initiated by potassium peroxydisulfate was studied through aqueous solution polymerization method.The influential factors,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,initiator amount and reactant mass ratio were explored.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature of 70 ℃,reaction time of 6 h,initiator amount of 2.5%,the mass ratio of acrylamide to sodium humate(g∶g) of 50∶1.The structure of product was characterized by IR.
