摘要
设计了一种具有同步带传动的油膜浮动、完全平衡、均载减振的新型三环式少齿差齿轮减速器;介绍了新型三环式减速器的结构和工作原理;提出了将三片内齿环板中的两侧环板相对中间环板对称布置,并与中间环板相位差成180°的完全平衡方案;给出了油膜浮动均载方案,及以平顶圆弧齿同步带传动作为一级传动的结构;对新型三环式减速器进行了设计计算.新型三环式减速器具有传动平稳、受力合理、噪音低、使用寿命长等特点.
A new reducer with three\|ring gear is designed. The reducer is of the properties of oil\|film floating driven by synchronous belt, full balance and equilibrating vibration. The structure and the working principles of the reducer are introduced. The ring plates of the three inner ring plates in both sides are placed symmetrically and in a phase angle of 180° to the middle ring plate. The equilibrating load program of oil\|film floating and synchronous belt transmission with plane arc gear taken as the first series of transmission are given. The calculation of design parameters for the new gear reducer is carried out. The new gear reducer has advantages of steady transmission, reasonable force, low noise and long working life.
