摘要
目的观察金质针加艾灸治疗面瘫后遗症的临床疗效。方法将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组运用金质针加艾灸治疗,对照组采用钢质针加艾灸治疗,通过临床疗效评定进行疗效比较。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率为75.0%、95.0%,对照组分别为28.9%、86.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论金质针加艾灸治疗面瘫后遗症,其痊愈率和总有效率优于钢质针加艾灸治疗。
Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of acupuncture with gold needle combined with moxibustion in treating sequelae of facial paralysis.Methods The eligible 78 patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The 40 participants in the treatment group received acupuncture with gold needle plus moxibustion,while the control received acupuncture with steel needle plus moxibustion,and the therapeutic effects were evaluated after treatment.Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were 75.0% and 95.0% in the treatment group versus 28.9% and 86.8% in the control group,with significant differences（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment result of acupuncture with gold needle plus moxibustion is better than that of acupuncture with steel needle plus moxibustion.
