针刺得气对正常人足三里穴伏安特性的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Qi-arrival Acupuncture at Point Zusanli(ST36) on its Volt-ampere Characteristics in Healthy Persons

摘要 目的观察针刺单侧足三里穴后两侧足三里穴伏安特性的变化,研究针刺得气对穴位伏安特性的影响。方法应用自行研制的智能型穴位伏安特性检测系统,检测20名健康人针刺左侧足三里得气、针刺左侧足三里不得气两种刺激方式后,两侧足三里穴及对照点增减程伏安曲线,并与针刺前结果进行比较。结果针刺得气及针刺不得气两种方法刺激左侧足三里穴后,其增程伏安面积、减程伏安面积、惯性面积均较针刺前显著减小(P<0.01,P<0.05);针刺左侧足三里得气后,未接受针刺的右侧足三里惯性面积也显著减小(P<0.05),而针刺左侧足三里未得气时,未接受针刺的右侧足三里穴惯性面积反而显著增大(P<0.01)。结论针刺得气与不得气两种刺激方法对穴位局部影响接近,但对远部或全身的影响则有较大差别。 Objective To observe changes in the volt-ampere characteristics of bilateral points Zusanli after acupuncture at the unilateral point and investigate the effect of qi-arrival acupuncture on the volt-ampere characteristics of the point.Methods The range-increasing and range-decreasing voltage-ampere curves of bilateral points Zusanli and control points were detected using a self-developed intelligent acupoint voltage-ampere characteristic detection system after qi-arrival and non-qi-arrival acupuncture at left point Zusanli in 20 healthy persons.The results were compared with those before acupuncture.Results The range-increasing and range-decreasing voltage-ampere areas and the inertia area were all decreased significantly after qi-arrival and non-qi-arrival acupuncture stimulations of left point Zusanli as compared with before acupuncture(P0.01,P0.05).The inertia area of not acupunctured right point Zusanli also decreased significantly after the arrival of qi following acupuncture at the left Zusanli(P0.05),whereas the area increased significantly after no arrival of qi following the acupuncture(P0.01).Conclusion Qi-arrival and non-qi-arrival acupuncture stimulations have similar effects on the local acupoint,but they have quite different effects on the distant part and the whole body.
