摘要
目的 :研究微量元素与 2型糖尿病的关系。方法 :对 40例 2型糖尿病患者血清锌、铜、铬、硒、铁、钙、镁 7种元素加以测定 ,并与正常健康对照组 30例相比较。全部数据均采用 Spss7.5统计分析软件处理。结果 :2型糖尿病患者血清锌、铬、硒明显低于对照组 ,( P分别 <0 .0 5,<0 .0 1 ) ;血清铜、铜 /锌比值显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;血清铁、钙、镁两组无差异。单因素相关分析显示 :2型糖尿病患者血清锌、硒、铬元素含量与血糖呈负相关 ,血清铜、铜 /锌比值与血糖呈正相关 ,各微量元素含量与糖化血红蛋白 Hb A1c均无显著相关关系。多元回归分析 ,与血糖关系最密切的微量元素依次为血清硒、铬和铜 /锌比值。结论 :血清微量元素确实与糖尿病有密切的关系 ,当中尤以低血硒、低血铬、高铜 /锌比值是影响糖尿病病情及其并发症的重要因素。提示在糖尿病病人中应注意微量元素的补充 。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between trace element and diabetes mellitus Methods: To measure the 7 kinds of serum trace elements including Zn,Cu,Cr,Se,Fe, Ca,Mg in 40 patients with type 2 DM and compare with 30 healthy controls All date were analysised by Spss 7 5 statistical software Results: Serum Zn, Cr, Se in type 2 DM group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0 05), and serum Cu,Cu/Zn was significantly higher than control group ( P <0 01) There was no difference in serum Fe,Ca,Mg Monofactorial relative analysis showed that there was a negative correlation of serum Zn,Se,Cr with blood glucose, and positive correlation of serum Cu,Cu/Zn with blood glucose Serum trace element level was not related to hemoglobin A1c Mutiple stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that serum Se,Cr,Cu/Zn were significantly related to blood glucose Conclusion: The relation of trace elements to DM were rather close In these elements, Se,Cr and Cu/Zn were most closely related to blood glucose level Patients with diabetes should increase the intake of Se,Cr, Zn, it was useful for prevention and treatment of DM and its complications
