加强高校创新创业师资培养的建议与思考 被引量：21

摘要 随着我国高校创新创业教育的发展,通过提高大学生的综合素质和创业能力实现高等教育的跨越式发展,缓解当前大学生的就业压力,已成为我国高校面临的共同问题。而提高大学生的创新创业能力的关键是建设一支综合素质高、创业能力强的的师资队伍,本文主要针对我国高校应如何提创业师资培养水平及相关影响因素展开系统研究。
