气流分选废旧线路板树脂粉末的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高线路板树脂粉末各成分富集率,实验利用气流分选装置对线路板树脂粉末进行分选,通过调节分级机转速大小进行了4组实验。结果表明:在分级机转速为120 r/min时,2个卸料口获得分级产物Cu成分含量相差最大,卸料口1的Cu含量最大,达到16.2%;在分级机转速为360 r/min时,2个卸料口获得分级产物环氧树脂成分含量相差最大,卸料口1的Br含量达到32.16%,卸料口2的SiO2量达到最大为47.46%,说明在该转速下玻璃纤维成分富集量最大。 In order to improve the enrichment ratio of resin powder from waste circuit board,four sets of experiments on sorting resin powder are conducted with the equipment of airflow separation by adjusting the classifier's speed.The results showed when the classifier was at a speed of 120 r/min,the difference of Cu content(classifying product) from two collectors was the biggest.Collector 1 had the most content of Cu(16.2%);when the speed of the classifier was 360 r/min,the difference of epoxy resins content(classifying product) from two collectors was the biggest.Collector 1 had the content of Br(32.16%),and collector 2 had the most content of SiO2(47.46%),which showed that at such speed,the ingredients of glass fiber had the largest concentration.
