摘要
目的探讨超声检查在输尿管结石诊断中的价值。方法对102例输尿管结石患者经超声检查而确诊的资料及声像图特点进行回顾性分析。结果 102例输尿管结石中超声确诊94例,漏诊8例,超声对输尿管诊断符合率为92.2%,其中中段为72.3%.结论在掌握输尿管解剖特点的基础上,应用巧妙的手法和技术能准确地诊断输尿管结石的部位与大小,为临床诊断治疗提供有力的依据,超声可作为诊断输尿管结石的首选检查方法。
Objective To study the ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral stones.Methods 102 patients with ureteral stones were diagnosed by ultrasound examination and sonographic characteristics of the data and analyzed retrospectively.Results 102 patients with ultrasound diagnosis of ureteral stones in 94 cases,8 cases of missed diagnosis,Ultrasound diagnosis of ureteral 92.2%.Middle of which only 72.3%.Conclusion The anatomical characteristics of the ureter in the master,based on the application of clever tricks and techniques to accurately diagnose the location and size of ureteral stones for the clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a strong basis for diagnosis of ureteral stones can be used as the preferred method of examination.
