多排螺旋CT多平面重组图像在眼眶骨折的应用

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT多平面重组(M PR)图像对眼眶骨折的诊断价值。方法收集100例眼眶骨折患者,比较横轴位及多方位M PR图像对眼眶各壁骨折的显示能力。结果 100例眼眶骨折患者中,横轴位正确诊断骨折91例,可疑骨折6例,阴性3例,结合多方位MPR成像后均显示为骨折。横轴位像显示效果最佳者88例,MPR显示最佳者共91例。结论 64排螺旋CT多平面重组图像及结合横轴位扫描可显著提高眼眶骨折的诊断正确率。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multiplannar reconstruction of 64-MSCT in orbital fractures.Methods Axial imaging and multi-direction MPR were performed in 100 cases with orbital fractures.Results Of 100 orbital fractures cases,on axial images,91 cases were directly diagnosed,6 cases were suspectedly diagnosed,and 3 cases showed no fractures.The suspected and no fractures cases were diagnosed by MPR.88 cases were showed clearly on on axial images,and 91 cases were showed clearly on MPR images.Conclusion MPR of MSCT,combined axial images,is important to the diagnosis and therapy of orbital fractures.
