摘要
振动切削作为一种新的加工方法,在国际上受到许多国家的重视。如美国、日本等先进国家中已被成功地应用在精密、超精密加工上。本文针对普通攻丝方法的弊病,根据超声波振动原理,通过理论分析,设计制造了在车床上用的精密振动攻丝装置,解决了小直径精密内螺纹的加工难题。该装置经过实验证明可以在生产实际中使用,并在精度、粗糙度方面取得了满意效果。
The vibro-cutting as a new method of machining has attracted increasing attention and has been successfully used for precise and ultraprecise cutting in the United States and Japan. A precise vibro-threading device on the lathe for use in threading female screw with small dimension developped by the author in terms of the principle of ultrasonic vibration has been introduced in this article. It is verifiable that this device is efficient for improving the accuracy and roughnees of the surface of the thread.
