摘要
为设计出符合消费者感性需求的产品,提出基于序次Logistic回归的产品意象造型设计方法。首先,应用KJ法和因子分析法确定产品的感性意象,使用形态分析法确定造型设计要素,在此基础上由正交试验设计法构建产品全轮廓卡片,对其感性意象进行调查。其次,通过对感性意象评价等级分布的分析,选择Prob it函数作为序次Logistic回归的联接函数,建立感性意象与设计要素之间的数学模型。最后,通过测试验证了模型的有效性。文中结合办公座椅的设计进行研究,结果表明该方法是正确可行的。
In order to design the products that meet consumers' kansei needs,the product image form design method is proposed based on ordinal Logistic regression.Firstly,product kansei images are determined by applying KJ method and factor analysis.Morphological analysis is used to identify form design elements.Based on this,orthogonal experimental design is applied to construct the full-profile cards of products,and the kansei images of them are investigated.Secondly,through analyzing the distribution of kansei image evaluation's grades,the Probit function is chosen as the link function of ordinal Logistic regression to build the mathematical model between kansei image and design elements.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by testing.An experimental study of office chair is conducted based on the proposed method,and the results suggest that this method is valid and feasible.
