摘要
对大学教师的学术伦理水平进行测量,是从伦理的角度对其学术价值取向所做的定量评价,也是大学学风建设的一项基础性工作。为了尽可能真实地探测出我国大学教师目前的学术伦理水平状况,本文尝试采用情景故事投射的研究方法,对453名大学教师进行了5个维度的投射检验,结果显示我国大学教师整体的学术伦理水平偏低,不同类别大学教师在某些维度的学术伦理水平也存在着差异。为此,有必要通过伦理规制的方式提升大学教师的学术伦理水平,以带动他们自我纠错的能力和学术创新的精神。
It is the groundwork for the construction of university academic ethos to evaluate the university faculty's academic ethics state empirically. In order to probe into the current level of the Chinese university faculty's academic ethnics as real as possible, five-dimension experiment was carried out with 453 university teachers as subjects in China by the way of scene projection method story. The results show a quite low ethics level of the faculty as a whole. Moreover, the empirical analysis also finds that the different categories of university teachers may lie different in a certain academic values. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the ethics level of university teachers and promote their self-correcting ability and spirit of academic innovation by the ethics regulation.
