摘要
以聚醚、纳米炭黑等作为单体浇注尼龙(MC尼龙)的改性剂,采用原位聚合法制备了超韧耐磨MC尼龙,并对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚醚、纳米炭黑配合使用可大幅度提高MC尼龙的韧性和耐磨性;随聚醚用量的增加,MC尼龙的断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度提高,而拉伸强度、密度、硬度和磨耗体积降低。
Ultra-tough and wear-resistant MC nylon were prepared by in-situ anionic polymerization process, and its mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that the toughness and wear resistance of MC nylon could be significantly improved by addition of polyether and carbon black. With increasing of polyether content, notched impact strength and elongation at break were improved, while tensile strength, density, hardness and wear volume were decreased.
