摘要
教育管理是为实现教育目标而服务的,教育不仅要在教育教学过程中发挥和培养学生的主体性,而且还要注重积极发挥教育管理的主体性,这样才能最优化地实现人的个性发展和社会发展和谐统一的教育目标。在我国目前的教育管理实践中,由于缺乏对教育管理主体性的深刻认识,还存在着许多教育管理主体性缺失的现象。
Education management is to achieve educational goals and services,and education is not to play in the education process and the main body of students,but also a positive role of education management to focus on the subject,in order to optimize sample to achieve human development and social development of harmonious personality of a goal of education.The reality of the current education management,due to lack of education,knowledge management body of the moment,there are many education and management of the phenomenon of lack of subjectivity.
