摘要
本文通过分析教育管理改革的实际意义和当前存在的问题,指出今后教育管理改革的出路,为改善成人教育管理实践提供借鉴。
This paper by analysing the education management reform the practical significance and the existing problems,points out outlet of education management reform in the future,provides some references for improving adult adult education management practice.
