高校教师是教学和科研的执行者,其教书育人和勇于攀登科研高峰的特殊身份决定其教学心态是不可忽视的。本文探讨当今物质和文化丰富的新时代下教师教学心态存在的问题和解决方法。
The college and university faculty members are the executor of the teaching and research, and its special identity of teaching and climbing the peak of scientific research determines its teaching attitude which should not be neglected. This paper discusses teaching division existing teaching mentality problems and solutions under the new era when is a great material and culture wealth of the age.
