摘要
目的规范病区药品管理,提高病区药品管理质量。方法成立病区三级库管理系统,选拔三级库管理人员,确定药品基数,制订三级库管理流程。结果药品丢失、过期、存放不当等情况较实施三级库管理前明显减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论病区药品实行三级库管理能有效减少药品丢失、杜绝药品过期,使药品合理存放、规范化管理,值得在医院药品管理中推广应用。
Objective To regulate the drug management and improve the quality of drug management in wards. Methods The measures included establishing the tertiary system of drug storage management, selecting the administrative staff, determining the kinds and numbers of drugs and formulating the tertiary storage management procedure. Results After the application of the tertiary drug storage management system, the incidences of drug loss, out of date, improper storage were significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of the tertiary drug storage management system can effectively reduce the incidence of drug loss and out of date, and promote proper drug storage, and standardize drug management. So it is worthy of wide applieation in hospital pharmacy management
