摘要
目的提高对老年2型糖尿病发生低血糖反应特点的认识,并探讨预防措施。方法回顾性分析69例老年2型糖尿病低血糖反应患者的临床资料,总结其低血糖发生的原因、特点及预防措施。结果老年2型糖尿病低血糖反应具有临床症状不典型、低血糖持续时间长、恢复慢等特点,其诱因主要与饮食不规律有关,医源性因素也是另一重要原因。结论提高对老年2型糖尿病低血糖临床特点的认识,及早发现和治疗;加强对老年2型糖尿病患者及家属血糖监测宣教,放宽血糖控制标准,预防低血糖的发生。
Objectives to deepen the knowledge about hypoglycemia reaction characteristic of type 2 diabetes mellitus of the elderly and investigate prevention countermeasures to it.Methods We had a retrospective analysis on clinical material of 69 hypoglycemia reaction patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus of the elderly,summarizing the reasons,characteristic and prevention countermeasures of it.Results The characteristics of hypoglycemia reaction patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus of the elderly are non-typical clinical symptom,long duration time of hypoglycemia and slow recovery,the incentive of it is related to non-regular diet habit.Iatrogenic factor is another important reason of it.Conclusions The article suggests that we should deepen the knowledge about the clinical characteristic of hypoglycemia of type 2 diabetes mellitus of the elderly,finding out and cure as soon as possible;meanwhile we should strengthen propaganda about blood glucose monitoring of these patients and their family members,broaden standard of glucose control and prevent the occurring of hypoglycemia.
