摘要
法的起源是法学研究的一个根本性问题。从分析法起源的历史考察以及法与习惯的区别入手探讨法的起源问题,在此基础上,进一步分析和评述法的起源的种种学说。坚决彻底地剖析剥削阶级法学家关于法起源的观点,严肃抨击了对真正马克思主义关于法的起源学说的误解和歪曲;旗帜鲜明地弘扬扬了马克思主义有关法起源的科学理论。
