摘要
目的观察CFZ型臭氧妇科冲洗仪治疗阴道炎临床效果。方法病例组中白色念珠菌性阴道炎80例,细菌性阴道病40例,用臭氧水冲洗,3d为一疗程;对照组中白色念珠菌性阴道炎80例,用达克宁栓和克霉唑栓剂药物治疗;细菌性阴道病40例,用甲硝唑泡腾片和双唑泰泡腾片药物治疗。置入阴道内每日1次,7d为一个疗程。结果白色念珠菌性阴道炎总有效率:实验组97.3%,对照组85.7%。细菌性阴道病总有效率:实验组97.2%,对照组85.9%。实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组,患者反映良好。结论 CFZ型臭氧妇科冲洗仪治疗阴道疾病高效、无毒、无残留、方便、经济,易于被广大患者接受,值得推广使用。
Objective To observation the clinical effects of vaginitis treatment by ozone treatment instrument.Method Random selection 80 candida albicans vaginitis cases and 40 bacterial vaginosis case as treatment group,and the group was given flush thoroughly with ozone water,3 days as a course.In control groups,80 cases of candida albicans vaginitis group were given drug therapies which were miconazole nitrate pessary and clotrimazole.40 cases of bacterial vaginosis were given metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets and metronidazole,the drugs placed in vagina once a day,7 days as a treatment course.Results The cure rates of candida albicans vaginitis were that experimental group were 97.3%,control group were 85.7%.Bacterial vaginosis cure rates were that,the experimental group was 97.2%,85.9% was the control group.Treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than control group,and patients＇ response were better too.Conclusions CFZ Ozone treatment instrument cured the vaginal diseases were efficient,non-toxic,no residue,convenient,economical,easily accept to most of people,and it was worth spreading.
